A graduate of Coppin State University, Mr. Pendelton began his career in property management over 18 years ago. He has managed multi-million-dollar interior and exterior renovations, including the implementation of annual capital improvement plans.

 Mr. Pendleton is experienced in full-service operations including conventional, affordable multi-family communities, commercial properties, rent regulated policies, tax-credit programs, HUD laws and other areas of real property. 

 His high level of integrity has played and integral role in his success.
