Marty Feldman, a highly experienced real estate agent in the Washington metropolitan area, has been active in the field since 1974.  His knowledge spans from property management, retail, business brokerage and lease negotiations all the way to planning town centers with developers.  Marty joined Zalco Commercial after many years managing residential and commercial properties.  Handling multiple properties on a day-to-day basis gives him an edge in the industry.  In 2001, Mr. Feldman was the Senior Leasing Executive at The Whichard Group and was responsible for mall properties and strip centers throughout the United States. Prior to that, he was Vice President with Maryland-based Targoff & Company, where he negotiated retail leases with many national tenants throughout the Baltimore/Washington corridor, as well as Dallas, Texas.

Licensed in Virginia, Maryland and DC, Marty is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and attended the University of Maryland.  Marty also holds his Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation from Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB).
