A seasoned businessman with over thirty-five years of experience in property management, consulting, property development and rehabilitation as well as leasing and lease administration, Jeff Kivitz began his business career as a property manager for warehouse and residential properties throughout California. In 1997, Mr. Kivitz moved to Maryland and began his own management company for investors in the DC Metropolitan area.

Jeff later partnered to form a local management firm that provided full service property management to homeowner and condominium associations, retail, commercial and residential real estate. As President at that firm, he was continually tasked with addressing challenging clients and a growing portfolio. Charting his future in real estate management, Jeff joined Zalco Commercial in 2017 to continue his journey.

Proficient in property management and leasing; Jeff combined independently operated properties from below breakeven positions into profit centers, while minimizing vacancy factors. Beyond the realm of experience, Mr. Kivitz has a proven track record in operating businesses and managing commercial properties.
